After over a year of waiting, I finally have a response from the Housing Ombudsman. Put simply, apart from how Antisocial behaviour (ASB) is handled, Waltham Forest Council have been found lacking in regards to :
In accordance with paragraph 54 Of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme, there was
maladministration by the landlord in its communication with you.
In accordance with paragraph 54 of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme, there was
service failure by the landlord in its handling of the associated complaint.
This is fantastic news, not only for myself, but for others in my condition. Needless to say, this has already been passed to the LG&SCO. Yet today, the council continue to infringe to outcome of the code of conduct with regards to making reasonable adjustments. They continue to try and force a single point of contact on myself. This is wrong and will need correcting!
