Callback From Ombudsman

Well, after a slightly longer delay than expected, the nice man at the Housing Ombudsman called me this afternoon. I pointed out all the errors Waltham Forest Council have done since the ruling on 4 May 2021, and explained a few of the untruths that have been noted, and he is going to contact them and have them explain their actions.

I will let you know next Friday, what happens. What with more complaints heading to the ombudsman, and the LGSCO too, and another to the information commissioner and the external auditor, for wasting public monies, looks like Waltham Forest Council are going to be kept busy.
