Within a few days of the Housing Ombudsman telling Waltham Forest council they have not correctly applied the unreasonable behaviour policy, they do it again, twice!
Yes, within days of each other, the policy is still be tried to be applied, so because of that, I have lodged a formal Complaint against Mark Hynes, the author of the policy, whom I wrote to on the 24 July 2020 stating the policy being misapplied. He apparently did not think so, and so, a formal complaint has gone in.
I have also escalated a complaint about a repair, which I reported via a voicemail on the council system, which no one has checked and no one has stated why?
I am truly fed up of complaints. Why cant Waltham Forest council just do what they are supposed to?
