A bigoted racist solicitor?

Yes, I actually had a call from a racist solicitor, who refused to accept that black people can be racist, and made up a story that I said all black people were bad. Needless to say, I will be out to have her de-barred or struck off. Solicitors are supposed to be fair and impartial, not bigoted and racist. Leave your personal opinions at the door when you enter your work. Do not bring them and force them on anyone else.

In other news, the Housing Ombudsman finally seem to understand, after almost three years, about my unfair and biased treatment. I spoke to a nice woman from there yesterday, and she will be having some discussions internally about my case.

Have we finally turned that extremely long corner? Only time will tell.

Farewell To My Neighbours!

After 4 years of lies and abusive behaviour, to myself and her child, one of my neighbours has finally gone. Although, it took them 3 days to move.

Racism and discrimination will go with her, and I hope she does not treat her new neighbours as badly as she did myself, but at last, I have a little more security. No love lost about her move, on either side, but shouting at another person in front of your child is abuse, even to Waltham Forest Social Services, yet no one investigated anything. Is it because it was handed to Housing, who are mostly black, and they will not investigate another black person?

I remember poor Victoria ClimbiĆ©. She was overlooked and died under the watch of another social services department, this time in Haringey, a neighbouring borough of mine. Yet another borough where Housing is mostly made up of black officers. Signs of repetition, despite Haringey Council after the investigation saying, “lessons will be learnt”.

How many lessons will it take to stop child abuse? How does anyone report abuse if the main instigators of the abuse are the ones you are supposed to report it to, as in my case with Waltham Forest Council abusing a disabled, vulnerable adult because a lot of black people do not accept invisible disabilities as real, despite medical evidence. Isnt it about time we disabled people had an overarching ombudsman for our rights, instead of being told to “find a solicitor” like it was as simple as ordering a toaster off Amazon?

Whoa! The Ombudsman Said What???

I had a phone call this afternoon, from the Housing Ombudsman. They Said they had received the response to the complaint about myself asking for compensation and interest on a late payment due to me. They asked, did I receive that, and I replied I don’t know, because I cannot read their communications because The London Borough Of Waltham Forest are racist and discriminate against disabled residents by threatening only white residents and only supporting black residents.

I asked would they read out their reply, and the ombudsman refused, but email the council to ask them to do so. I said this was futile, as the council had refused direct communication with myself for 3 years.

We shall see….. Hopefully, it’s not Rita Cattle, my alleged single point of contact, as no one will advise me how the council has met its obligations to assist people like me, which is a prerequisite of applying the unreasonable behaviour policy!

Are Public Services Discriminating Against Disabled People?

OMG, what is happening? I had a call from the LGSCO (Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman) yesterday, and they do not have a call-back time. They either do or do not call back, there is no obligation to call at all. They only communicate via email. For someone like me, that cuts off access to the service.

I am Autistic, and as confusing this may seem for someone who runs several social media accounts, a magazine style YouTube channel and a website, I find it cumbersome and not an effective way of communicating. Direct voice-to-voice is always easier for myself, and other autistic persons. Public Servants do not accept invisible disabilities as real, despite reams of medical documentation.

I only run all the social media channels and this website because I feel after 12 years of having rights in law, it is about time we started to receive them, without instructing a solicitor. Let’s face it, If I was blind or had a physical disability, or even a mental disability which was more apparent, then we would receive rights and adjustments automatically. So then why do not ALL disabled people.

I have tried to take this matter to the Levelling Up Ministry, who on their website oversee how councils work, yet when I took this matter to them, they refused to discuss this issue and closed my complaint without a formal investigation. The same this has happened on multiple occasions with the Met Police too. One complaint has spent almost 2 years without being assigned. If it was a complaint regards racism in the Met, would it have been delayed for so long?
