let’s wait three weeks and see how many more people are dead it’s not good enough i mean we were in a three-tier system then they created a new tier because it wasn’t working and now boris johnson and matt hancock are hinting at creating a fifth tier more severe than tier four sorry if tier three didn’t work and tier four didn’t work what makes them think that tier five would work boris johnson yesterday on the andrew mars show actually said that schools were safe where’s your evidence boris johnson give me some stats to say that schools are safe show me why they are safe if you can tell me why they’re safe then can’t we use that to make everywhere else safe they’re not any safer than anywhere else they’re saying it’s safe so people

send their kids to school and carry on going to work sorry tier 4 not working remember you’re supposed to be at home remotely working i’d close down the building sites i’d close down anything you couldn’t do from home furlough those people

and then everyone else is working from home so why do you need the schools key workers okay there are professional child carers out there schools are educational they care for your children while they’re there but they’re not child minders if you want child care facilities for nhs workers then open up the child care the private child care places fund them nationally for the health workers

problem solid kids are in a professional environment looking after them while their parents are working

and you don’t have to have mixing of children at schools because when you open up a school you’re talking a thousand children on average typically and that’s

somewhere between 500 and a thousand families so if one person gets infected with covid and they’re there week in week out then that’s 500 to 1000 families will get infected and that’s another four to five thousand people and they’re going out spreading their infections because a third of people don’t realize they’re infected or they’ve got coving at least a third

so that one person that one child has spread to 20 000 people do you see why schools are not inherently safe give it a month and that one sick child would possibly infect twenty thousand people

and it’s not good enough the only way to beat this virus is to lock down no exercise no going out no meeting up no exceptions no law breaking you have the military and the police on the street not in a car on the streets in a car does not do it but if they’re walking the streets that will keep lauren order no one’s enforcing public transport trains and buses people full of not wearing masks no one’s enforcing it there no one’s important in the supermarkets

if you’re not enforcing it then take the tier system out do what boris johnson wanted to do back in february and just let everyone get infected and die that’s what he wouldn’t do if you’re gonna die you’re gonna die a vaccine ain’t gonna save you

and quite frankly the way these vaccines have been rushed through even the people that made the vaccines don’t know what the effects are how long it may last for the protection they don’t know the human trials are in the wild they’re using the vaccine on the general population and they’re keeping a note of what the records say oh this protected him he didn’t come back with you know kovid so it protected him or her and it’s not good enough i’m sorry a vaccine trial normally lasts five years five to ten years not a couple of months and then oh let’s put it out in the wild what’s the side effects don’t know how long does it last don’t know just because it’s covered they don’t worry about pensioners dying in the winter because of flu and they can’t put their eating on but because it’s covered oh we must do something bad because the world health organization says we must more people die from the flu every year than have died in covid so far

it’s ironic when you think about it and that’s why i titled this as is boris johnson more dangerous than kobe because the indecision the waiting is literally killing people if he thinks tier three isn’t working don’t create tier 4 find out why tier 3 isn’t working if tier 4 ain’t working don’t create your tier 5 find out why tier 4 isn’t working is it down to enforcement is it down to the bane community which i see every day not wearing masks meeting up i see it all the time people in tier four visiting people what is the point of having like new between christmas and new year’s day taxis at two o’clock in the morning where’s the taxi coming from at two o’clock in the morning we’re in tier four you’re supposed to be locked down i would stop all taxes so people would have to use public transport

i don’t know this government is killing the economy and killing the people they should at least try to save one of us save the economy kill the people save the people kill the economy you can’t have both mr johnson you can if you do it really hard really fast and really sure look at ireland man they locked down strictly locked down it wasn’t draconian but they enforced it

and they’ve not been under the tier system for several months now they’ve been able to meet people and socialize the bars are open the restaurants are open they can do what they want on the island same as china where allegedly it all started i’m not too sure it did start in china the first case was recorded in china but that doesn’t mean it started there

and i do feel that racism is racism it should work in all directions not just against black people black lives do not matter any more than white lives or chinese lives or asian lives all lives matter the fact there’s a segregation is only conspiring to enhance the racism

because kovid is apparently affecting the bain community more than others and no one’s actually saying the real world things you go out in the real world and most of the people not wearing masks are from the bain community most of the people not respecting social distance are from the bain community you go on to the trains you go on to the buses most of the people disrespecting the rules are the bain community so the fact that they’re getting affected more by kovid 19 than other groups he’s mainly down to their own disrespect of the rules i have overheard

black people and people in the bay community outside my flat saying they don’t think this kovid is anything serious they’re not going to respect the rules they’re not going to respect social distancing they’re not going to respect you know staying at home they don’t think it’s a problem and yet their attitude i believe the blame community are the ones that are spreading the virus the most because of their actions or inactions

so why we should segregate the bain community and say black lives do matter and treat them differently and special i do not know when did racism turn in favor of black people

racism should not be tolerated at all and yet it’s tolerated black on white the police don’t do anything they don’t even take it seriously

and just because people are in public positions that doesn’t mean they’re not racist and yet the police don’t care

maybe i should um i don’t

um i don’t condone racism in any form and things like only black people can use the n-word no if you’re offended by it you shouldn’t be using it otherwise how do you prove you’re offended by it so i think that black people using the n-word should be arrested and charged with racism

it would only be fair they can’t turn around and make rules up just for their own sake

black lives do matter but then so do all lives i don’t like campaigns that segregate on skin color or race because that is condoning racism

all lives matter it would be a campaign i could get that all this black lives matter taking the kneel taking the knee no one should be forced into doing something just because everyone else is doing it that’s bullying

and booing people for not doing it and chastising people for not doing it

i’ve got cats moving around the background should not happen in a free society if you want to be part of a free society you accept all the responsibilities that come with being in a free city and in a free site you have the responsibility and the right to be offended you shouldn’t go out of your way to say offensive stuff but you shouldn’t be stopped from saying things that a minority of people will find offensive

i’m not sure i’m not saying that the majority should win all the time because the menorah eats in something

tongue tied i think more coffee the majority should not win all the time but the minority need to be protected but not on skin color

i think it’s time to get over it now boys 200 years after the abolition of slavery

let’s face it if things had developed differently in africa was the style state that had expanded and improved and invented things and the europeans were the less prominent people the africans would have probably enslaved the europeans and done exactly what the europeans did to the africans and indeed what the africans did to themselves most of the slavery that happened in africa was inter-african there was a small percentage that got exported to the americas mainly south america but it’s only the north american ones that get remembered most of them went to argentina and brazil that’s why there’s an awful lot of portuguese speaking peoples down there

so people do things that

they think are okay at the time they shouldn’t be chastised for it two three four hundred years later for making money on the backs of slaves they made money legally if it was to do with slavery so be it it might be wrong now but it wasn’t then i’m not saying slavery is justified

but i am saying can’t go back in time and arrest people for things that they didn’t realize was wrong or at least was illegal everyone was smoking at one time if you you know go back to the early part of the 20th century nearly everyone was smoking and yet to see a smoker now

he’s unusual a proper tobacco smoker is unusual

and yet we don’t chastise our grandparents for smoking it’s not like well they should have known better so why do we do that with slavery

people do what they think is right at the time if they’re not breaking the law at the time then they’re doing things to earn money if it’s spying and selling humans which at the time africans were seen as a lower class of animal they weren’t seen as humans by a lot of europeans

i know that’s wrong now but there’s a lot of evidence such as there is

an intelligence

per genus like the chinese and asians are more intelligent than most people on the planet they’ve invented stuff thousands of years before we did in the west and i haven’t got a problem with that i’ve worked with i’ve had friends that are chinese or chinese origin

and they are some of the most intelligent people i’ve come across there are also some clever africa

it’s similar everywhere you can go to any population you will find clever people and they’re not clever people people that come up with ideas and people that do the ideas

but segregating i mean it’s like black lives matter campaign they’ve got a list of a hundred black persons in history and it’s a total fabricated list of key achievers that have been overlooked because of their skin color they have been overlooked there’s no evidence for a lot of the stuff that they say on this black lives matter list

i mean the nurse that was um mary seacow i remember seeing on the history debunker and i read up about mary seacole as well there’s differing stories about mary seco some say she was the original nurse that

florence nightingale took credit for some say she ran just a local bar or restaurant sort of a cafe style thing and would look after a few people there that was wounded but couldn’t get into the local hospital run by florence nightingale there’s no evidence just that she came up with any of these nursing things that we take for granted now and are attributed to florence nightingale admittedly i don’t think florence nightingale herself came up with everything

because it’s like edison he’s accredited with inventing hundreds of ideas and patents all over the place and yet very few of the ideas and patents that were under his name were actually created or invented directly by him he had a team of lab staff that he would direct and he would advise what he wants done and they would go and do it like the light bulb like the telephone like the gramophone you know all sorts of things

so this black lives matter campaign hopefully in 2021 will stop because people will realize that well by now they should realize that it’s not only black lives that matter all lives matter especially under the kovic days

and we shouldn’t have campaigns that segregate one people away from another based on skin color

hopefully 20 21 will see the bain community actually

not interrogated but examined for how they’re treating the kovid situation because in the real world if you go out in the real world you will see the blame community are the ones that are breaking the regulations the most i’m not saying non-bank community members don’t break the law or don’t break the rules but the ones that break the rules more often are in the bank community from what i have personally seen on buses and tubes not at the entrances to the tube stations if you go on the platforms you go on the trains

no one’s enforcing the regulations they’re not even making sure that they’re wearing a mask as they go through the turnstiles and yet most of them when they go through the turnstiles with a mask on they’ll take them off on the escalator if they can wear them at the turnstar then why can’t they wear them for the rest of the journey because most of them are arrogant and they have no respect for anyone outside of their own community

and this is what gives the bain community a reputation for being insolent arrogant and quite frankly stupid they can’t follow rules

that everyone else is following a lot of the time i think they actually want to not follow the rules because they want to stand out

and then they have problems with being segregated i’ll have it both ways by the community

if black lives matter then you should be wearing masks because otherwise you’re affecting black people as well if black lives don’t matter end the campaign go and break the rules and we’ll see if the police start arresting people next year when we start in 250 to 500 000 people dead

it’s a long way off from the two to three million the highest or two and a half million that i estimated 1.75 to 2.5 million i estimated about 12 months ago it’s all on my diary entries

um but it will be getting there by the end of this year it will be getting there if no action is taken despite this via this antivirus the vaccine that’s rolling out by the time they start rolling it out we’ve done 600 000 so far

i think the virus would have mutated to an extent that the vaccine won’t work on it because it’s very difficult to get an antiviral for a strain of virus because it mutates and changes so often that’s why we haven’t got an aids vaccine yet because the aids thankfully aids is acquired only on contact but can you imagine if we had a virus that was like aids but was airborne and would stay on surfaces for 72 hours maybe three weeks some people are saying if we had a strain of hiv that was as transmissible as kobit 19 would people have different agents

is it because most people see it as a bad flu it is a sort of fluish thing but it’s not a flu people it’s not a heavy cold it’s a respiratory infection it affects your lungs even if you survive your lungs are damaged in a lot of cases there’s a post covid19 syndrome where your lungs are damaged and you have breathing issues for life

so my plea to the bain community is stop being arrogant stop being disrespectful follow the rules that everyone else is following lead by example those leaders in the baby community lead by example a face mask covers the face not your chin not just your mouth your face your nose and mouth

it’s not a matter of well i don’t think it works it’s the law don’t stand out by breaking the law by breaking statues by disrespecting people’s possessions disrespecting property by breaking coveted restrictions by group gatherings in central london tonight will be interesting to see if anyone turns up in central london and also whether it’s mostly bane community that turn up in central london

i mean how many jamaicans do you know that don’t or have not smoked canvas

i’ve known quite a few jamaicans and i would say nearly all of them have why it’s an illegal substance not good for you so put the two together why are a lot of jamaicans can be smokers

so therefore if you’re scanning your own items at a rough estimate most companies seven percent of overheads is for salaries so since you’re doing the job of an employee then if you use the self-service checkout you should get a seven percent discount because they’re not paying someone to scan those things in and that’s the issue i’ve got because it isn’t the fact that taking jobs obeying it’s a wheeze for the company that uses self-service checkouts because they’re still selling you the goods but they’re not paying someone to take the money off yet you’re giving the money yourself and that’s the big con and that’s the one that i think is wrong so personally i’d like to say also service checkout’s gone

because most of the time they’re no quicker they’ve been tests on this and most of the time yeah in an ideal world they are quicker if you could if you’ve used them before you can be quite proficient but then you get goods that need proof of id glue and knives and you know gas and things like that and then it flags up an alarm yeah you can scan it in but then you can be waiting two three minutes for someone to come over and swipe their barcode across the screen i mean if they’re gonna give you self-service checkouts there should be big sort of like restrictions about no knives no glue no restricted products just so the ex they are an express system rather than you standing there looking like an idiot

i mean alcohol for instance you take that through you’re waiting for someone to come over and sweat their you know authorize it so self-service checkouts for the company sound like a good idea but i reckon that even companies are getting a bit knocked with the fact that you know they have to employ someone to manage the checkout they thought originally when they put self-service checkouts in but it would be a way of yeah they don’t they never say they have lost jobs they’ve redeployed people in the beginning yes when they first go in yes but after a while due to natural wastage of stuff as people come and go as they always do on you know supermarkets people don’t live there for years on the majority of occasions some do but the majority of um staff are short-term and so what self-service checkouts do by the back door is as people go they don’t need to recruit so many people so yeah you won’t see the figures in anyone’s end-of-year reports because due to natural wastage they just don’t take the same number of stuff off i mean you look at your local supermarket with self-service checkouts you can have 10-15 teals managed centrally by one member of staff that would have been 15 members of staff before

and that’s down to one so you do the math okay that’s it for now um don’t support you express check out don’t support the self-service checkout queue up and if someone comes up and says oh we’ve got the express system and you know even on occasions i’ve had people come up to me say oh we’ve got self-service do you want to use that and i said no i don’t believe in self-service i’ll scan them in for you so what’s the point in self-service if you get member of staff saying oh i’ll scan them in for you just employ another member of staff it’s simple anyway that’s the end of this one thank you for watching speak to you next time

non-security she was unable to lock the door at all until Sunday night when she told me about this story and i contacted her council and they came around within four hours and made the door secure which is what they should have done nearly two months ago minimum and the other thing is the council knows about her mental health and her various issues with security and anxiety and they haven’t treated her as a matter of urgency and that is wrong it’s okay to treat 17 year old single parents as a matter of priority but when it comes to mental health no one treats us with either respect or the priority we deserve and the law says we should get

no reasonable adjustments have been made in her case in accordance with 2010 equality act

no one has done anything from what i can gather to replace or apologize for the lack of speed in replacing the door which she did not damage, and it was not her fault that the emergency services broke it in

and quite frankly i am on a mission now I’m going through the councils one by one I’ve checked three so far my one Brighton hove and oxford city council they still haven’t replied to an email i sent five months ago so one by one i would be sending these questions by the resolver website and getting to find out how the equality act is being implemented it would be so much easier if an mp somewhere took this matter up in parliament and raised it as a matter of urgency there should really be an equalities officer or residents of local councils where you can take these issues too but there isn’t you have to go through people that are untrained in either customer services or mental health issues and a lot of the time they don’t even know what the 2010 equality act according to a phone call i recorded with my senior housing officer October last year he wasn’t even aware of the 2010 equality act so how the hell would he be in faults in it

anyway, I’m not going to keep this low just to say that i will give you an update blow by blow on everything that happens with Brighton hove council I’m hoping this is a one-off and that they will write back saying they’ve got a new door they’ve replaced it we’ve apologized to their resident, and they’ve got new policies and procedures in place to make sure this sort of issue never happens again

it’s not a lot to ask you’ve had 11 years to enforce the law

I’m not waiting anymore new year 2022 is the year of disabled rights to me the councils up and down this land in all four countries of the united kingdom need to pull together and enforce the rights that have been given to all citizens via the equality act whether they’re disabled rights gender race religion is a bit of a hit and mess with me as you will see in another video but if they’ve been given right in law local authorities have a duty to uphold them and i will be testing the local authorities on whether they are you have given been given fair warning next year I’m coming for you

to say it was a farce would be understating how bad farces are there was no communication between residents inter messaging was not allowed chat was disabled on a few occasions i think they were trying to disable chat just for me but they couldn’t work out how to do it um there was no cameras on so you couldn’t see who was in the room the hosts didn’t introduce themselves there was a cursory introduction by Louise Mitchell none of my messages got responded to apart from when i kept repeating and repeating and repeating and on occasions i had to actually ask other people if they could see my messages

and i know they’ve been turned off occasionally and they don’t like me Waltham forest council because i know what my rights are so to say that the forum

wasn’t really a forum it was just a talking shop with the council on the housing ombudsman telling people what they are going to do not what they haven’t done or responding to any decent questions i know people were putting stuff in the chat that was personal i wasn’t putting stuff in the chat that was personal i was putting stuff in the chat that I’d experienced over the last three years but they don’t like that they keep putting me under a single point of contact

the council do seem to be treating us like fools and most of us are not fools

I’m mainly addressing this now to residents in my community we have been mistreated abused and ignored for far too long now and it’s about time we all stood up and said no further we have right which Waltham forest council are stepping over disabled people myself included have rights which Waltham forest’s council are ignoring they even boast the fact that they only deal with physically disabled people on their website i have a screenshot of that if they want to take it down i still have a screenshot and it’s been up there for years have a search for Waltham forest and assisted collection and you will get to the assisted collection bin service page and on there it says this service is available for anyone that is physically unable to move their bins to the edge of the property physically unable they are discriminating against the mentally handicapped

mentally handicapped generally aren’t physically disabled they’re mentally disabled hence the protected characteristic under the 2010 equality act look up the 2010 equality act in section 149 even waltham forest quote section 149 because it’s the public sector duty of care and they’re supposed to reduce the amount of discrimination against people with protected characteristics assist in communicating with them and stamp out generally any discrimination whatsoever on any grounds there’s like 10 protected characteristics mentally disabled is only one physically disabled is another i can’t remember what all the other ones are but there’s an awful lot of characteristics oh um gender

sexual orientation and two others but i think there’s ten

at least it looked like it was ten when i read the act a couple of weeks ago i just can’t remember because i haven’t got you know that good a memory

so do let me know we need to sort this out because I’m fed up of disabled people being discriminated against in this borough and you know i am not unsadly i found that from the forum i am not the only one in this borough that is getting this treatment for instance I’ve been waiting six months for a tap to be repaired no explanation I’ve been waiting six months for an overpayment and compensation from May from the housing ombudsman be repaid and only this morning after the third um complaint i put in via is over everyone use resolver to log your complaints and questions because the council will not ignore you then I’ve logged my complaints by email and they’re treated as business as usual but when they come in through is over they get logged as a complaint so everyone i can’t emphasize this enough ignore the council’s portal resolver does everything for you it keeps track of the times as soon as they’ve had their 10 days it emails you and tells you do you want to escalate it and you just click yes and it comes up with i think it comes up with why do you want to escalate this blah blah blah and it just goes off to stage two you don’t have to ask them to send the stage to it goes to stage two I’ll put a link to his over down in the description and i think I’ve also put it up on my local community webpage as well but usually is over for all your correspondence questions complaints everything freedom information do it through resolver because if they put you under a single point of contact and don’t tell you like they’ve done with me then they have to still deal with your complaints in question

they’re making it sound like the winter of discontent in 1978. it’s funny really when you think about it because it’s exactly what labour we’re doing except it isn’t this isn’t the unions this is caused by greedy self-centred individuals that are panicked by a bit like they did last year with the toilet rolls I bet it’s the same people that got a house full of toilet rolls that they can’t get rid of and they decided to stock up we’ve actually seen footage of people using water bottles to put petrol in well one what the hell are the people managing the four courts doing because they’re not supposed to sell petrol to anyone using anything other than an official jerry can because plastic water bottles will be dissolved by petrol that’s why you have to use special things and isn’t it about time that individual companies put their foot down and said right no more than 15 pounds per car

or per card it should be not per car per card so the individuals can’t take more than they need I mean it’s almost to the point now we have to go on a permanent ration because there’s selfish people out there that want to do what they want to do and they won’t be told we had the same last year when we went into several lockdowns people would ignore it cyclists I’m looking at you especially but not just cyclists I’m allowed to exercise for an hour yet an hour within a mile of your home you know what bloody law said I really don’t care about these people anymore no one cares about me no one cares about each other

last time we had a petrol shortage thankfully my car was again in the garage my then car before I started buying decent cars I was buying cheap cars and they were breaking down all the time and mine was in the garage and I had no worries about queuing up petrol because mine was in the carriage when it came out the garage the petrol crisis was over thankfully this time around I haven’t got a car and apart from which wolf and forest council have locked me in my room for 16 months

stop panic buying you’re making things worse buy what you need when you need it there’s enough petrol in this country for everyone even if we had 10 000 more lorry drivers still wouldn’t help with people panic buying they won’t be happy until we’ve got 10 000 extra lorries on the road not doing anything just driving around to stop people panicking because the current level of lorry drivers would be sufficient if it wasn’t people starting to think oh well we’re going to have a shortage because the road hauliers association apparently hinted that there may be not enough drivers well someone got it into their head that this meant oh we haven’t got enough drivers we couldn’t run out of petrol and the word rent around facebook faster than a fucking whore’s drawers was coming down

it’s up to the woman in my opinion to deal with her pregnancy her way

whether she bases her decision on religion or personal grounds it’s not for us to decide it is the woman that’s got to do the majority of the work in the first nine months and the majority of the work after the first nine months as well so it’s up to her to decide we all have bad days we all make mistakes even the most careful person can become pregnant and I mean there is no 100 percent fool proof method apart from abstention of not becoming pregnant and we should help the women to come to terms with their decision we shouldn’t put barriers up to make women’s life more hell

it’s wrong for states or governments to legislate about basically the removal of a parasite because without modern technology most unborn babies would die even up to just before birth I mean like a couple of weeks before birth most babies would be unviable without modern technology and modern medication so up until that point they should be classed as a parasite and it’s up to the mother to decide what to do with the parasite whether she feels strong enough to have the parasite born or whether she isn’t and she needs help yes I do think there should be a date a cut-off on when you can have an abortion

but I don’t think it should be six weeks I think the woman needs a bit more time than that to come to terms with it can take some women almost eight weeks before they realise they’re pregnant some women never realize they’re pregnant until they give birth granted that is few but it’s wrong for the state to do this and thankfully President Biden he’s doing something about it I’ve not agreed with a lot of what he’s done over the last few weeks but this I fully support the president on he’s taking legal advice and seeking action against the state of Texas for passing this law because we all believe it’s unconstitutional even Texas themselves so it is unconstitutional and yet they’ve passed law knowing it’s going to be against the constitution they’ve put workarounds in to try and get around the constitution that’s not exactly American the world is supposed to be looking up to America as a moral lead supposed to be and yet over the last few years

there has been no moral lead in America

I think it’s about time that America woke up and realized that they are the role model to many countries of what life should be like and

forcing women to do things sounds very much Taliban-ish to me
